The state of Florida declares September 11, 2025 as "9/11 Heroes Day"; and asks all residents of Florida to observe a moment of silence beginning at 7:46 a.m. CST in honor of those who were killed on September 11, 2001, in New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C.
